# Manage Columns Guide

## Dashboard Manage Columns

1. You can organize the tasks on your dashboard by **clicking** Manage Columns.
2. After clicking Manage Columns, click **Edit** to choose how you want your tasks to appear.

1. 1. **Click** the + icon before choosing your columns.
   2. **Add** Profile Name to profile.
   3. You can **click** more than one column at a time and change the sequence of the columns.
   4. When **clicking** a column, the column will turn a bold font, and then you will move it over to the next box.
   5. Once you have picked the columns for your tasks, **click *Update***.
   6. You can **click** *Set Default*, and this will make your dashboard tasks appear this way until you change your column choices.

1. You can manage the project and package columns the same way you did your dashboard tasks.
2. **Clicking** on *Manage Columns,*then **clicking** *Edit*. **Click** the + icon.
3. **Choose** the columns you would like for your project/package list view and name your profile.
4. You can also change the sequence of your columns.
