Tank Planning Guide

Request a tank

  1. Click Tanks/Samples from the sidebar menu and select R3P/Big Tank Blends.
  2. Click a calendar icon to reserve a tank. If a tank is not available on the desired week, you can click the raised hand icon to request and exception.

Request a tank

    1. Enter the project name, number of tanks, commercial owner, supply owner, tank designation and delivery instructions and notes.
    2. Click Save.

Request an exception

  1. Click the raised hand icon in the desired week to request an exception.
  2. Fill out the tank details as well as current stage gate, submitted for PDP and submitted a project charter questions as well as the reason for your exception.
  3. Click Save. Your request will be sent for review. You will receive an email notifying you if the request has been approved or rejected.
